How do I request a quote for translation or another language service?

Simply click on ‘Get a quote’ and complete the online questionnaire, giving brief background to your project requirements. One of our experienced Project Managers will contact you for further information as required, and email you our quote for your consideration. Our quotes are calculated based on clients’ individual requirements at the time of the quote request. Please note if your requirements change before or after the start of the project, the quote may need to be revised.

 

How can I securely share my files with you?

When requesting a quote, you'll be given an opportunity to upload your audio/video files and supporting documentation to our secure server. Please note we are ISO:27001 certified which is internationally recognised standard for Information Security and our processes are, therefore, set to follow strict security protocol in handling our clients’ data giving added piece of mind. More information is available on request.

 

How will my translations be delivered back to me?

Once our quality checks are completed and your translations are available, documents are returned to you via our secure server for you to download and store to your local folder. Please be aware the files are stored securely for up to 30 days, after which time they will be digitally shredded. If you require a hard copy of a translated document (e.g., certified translation of a legal document) this can be arranged upon request.

 

How are your translators selected and vetted?

We use only highly-experienced and qualified translators who are registered with regulatory bodies such as ITI (Institute of Translation and Interpreting) in the UK or SFT (Société Française des Traducteurs) in France. New translators are fully vetted, their qualifications checked and references requested.

How to you guarantee the quality and accuracy of the translation?

In addition to our onboarding steps, all translators' work is assessed by one of our in-house translators. We also carry out quality assurance steps on every completed translation. We are ISO: 9001 certified which is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management. More information available upon request. 

 

Do you have a standard pricelist for your services?

We assess and price each project individually according to the specific requirements of the job. This allows us to work in the most cost-effective way and meet individual budget restrictions where possible. No project is the same and each requires an individual approach, in terms of putting together the right team of linguists, headed by the right Project Manager to oversee the smooth-running of the project.  

 

How will I be invoiced for the service?

We will need upfront payment or a Purchase Order number to be in place before we can begin work. For individual, one-off, jobs you will be invoiced on delivery of the work or, for larger, ongoing  projects we invoice at the end of any month during which work has been delivered.
